I. High-Temperature Aerobic Fermentation System for Chicken Manure Treatment in Vietnam

To address the challenges of chicken manure treatment at large-scale farms, significant environmental pressures, and the need to recycle organic manure into fertilizer, Tianci Heavy Industry provided a professional high-temperature aerobic fermentation solution using vertical fermentation tanks for a 350,000-bird white-feathered broiler farm in Vietnam.

The project uses pure chicken manure as the primary fermentation feedstock and is equipped with two 90-cubic-meter vertical fermentation tanks. An automated conveying and feeding system ensures the continuous and efficient feeding of chicken manure into the fermentation equipment. The entire system utilizes high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology to rapidly compost the chicken manure, effectively improving the efficiency of livestock waste treatment while converting manure into high-quality organic fertilizer.

III. Automatic Feeding & Efficient Intelligent Fermentation Process

The project site utilizes an automatic conveyor feeding system to steadily transport fresh chicken manure into the vertical fermentation tanks, reducing manual labor and improving material feeding efficiency.

The vertical fermentation tanks are equipped with an intelligent control system that precisely manages temperature, oxygen supply, and agitation during the fermentation process, enabling the chicken manure to undergo highly efficient aerobic fermentation in a sealed, stable environment.

During the high-temperature fermentation stage, the equipment promotes the rapid proliferation of beneficial microorganisms, raising the fermentation temperature to meet harmless treatment requirements. This effectively eliminates pathogens, insect eggs, and harmful microorganisms in the chicken manure, thereby improving the quality of the resulting organic fertilizer.
