The client in Thailand required a production solution capable of processing a large amount of chicken manure and converting it into high quality organic fertilizer. After evaluating the raw materials, site layout, and production requirements, we designed a production line with a capacity of 6 tons per hour, focusing on efficiency, stable granulation, and easy operation.
This organic fertilizer production line consists of the following main equipment:
1. Loader Feeding Hopper, Used for feeding chicken manure evenly and continuously. The large capacity hopper enables uninterrupted production and reduces manual labor.
2. Disc Feeder, Ensures stable and uniform feeding to the granulators. It helps maintain consistent material flow and supports continuous operation.
3. Six Double Roller Extrusion Granulators, These granulators are the core of the production line. They compact the processed chicken manure powder directly into uniform granules without drying. The powder is fed between two rollers with matching shapes. Mechanical extrusion forms dense and uniform granules, reducing energy consumption and improving shaping rate.
4. Belt Conveyors, Responsible for smooth material transfer between each processing step, ensuring an efficient and coordinated production flow.
