Recently, Zhengzhou Tianci Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully exported a 4TPH Cow Manure Organic Fertilizer Pellet Production Line to Cambodia. This project to help local farms efficiently recycle animal waste into high quality organic fertilizer pellets, promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.
This production line is designed to process fresh cow manure and other organic materials into uniform fertilizer pellets. The system runs smoothly with stable performance, meeting the customer’s production demand of 4 tons per hour.
1. Chain Plate Compost Turner – Used for aerobic fermentation of cow manure, ensuring uniform turning and high composting efficiency.
2. Vertical Crusher – Crushes semi-wet organic materials into fine powder for the next granulation process.
3. Flat Die Granulator – Ideal for producing organic fertilizer pellets at medium capacity, featuring low energy consumption and easy operation.
4. Automatic Packaging Machine – Accurately weighs and packs the finished fertilizer pellets for convenient storage and sale.
Our engineers arrived at the customer’s factory in Cambodia to provide professional installation guidance and training. They assisted the customer in equipment layout, assembly, and commissioning to ensure smooth operation. After installation, the production line successfully ran at full capacity, producing uniform and durable organic fertilizer pellets.
