In April 2024, our team completed the installation of a 4 tons per hour chicken manure organic fertilizer production line for a client in Indonesia. The project was carried out on-site by our experienced engineers, who were responsible for equipment installation, process layout guidance, and final commissioning. After several days of testing, the entire line achieved stable operation and met the customer’s expected output.
The customer needed a complete solution to turn fresh chicken manure into high quality organic fertilizer. Based on the site conditions and production requirements, we designed a full production line covering fermentation, batching, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and packaging. The equipment configuration was tailored to ensure efficient and continuous production while improving the overall fertilizer quality.
Our engineers arrived at the project site on schedule and worked closely with the customer’s team. From equipment positioning to pipeline connection and electrical setup, every step was carried out with precision. During the commissioning stage, the engineers adjusted key parameters including moisture control, granulation rate, drying temperature, and screening efficiency. After optimization, the production line ran smoothly with uniform granules and stable capacity.
After test production, the line delivered high-strength, well shaped organic fertilizer granules. The drying and cooling systems effectively reduced moisture to meet storage standards, while the screening and packaging sections completed the final handling with high efficiency. The customer expressed satisfaction with both product quality and production stability.
This project not only helps the client turn poultry waste into valuable organic fertilizer, but also supports local sustainable agriculture. With the successful operation of this 4TPH line, the customer now has a reliable solution for long-term organic fertilizer production.
