This project showcases the successful delivery and installation of our Animal Manure Organic Compost Production Line for a customer in India. The client operates a medium-sized livestock farm and needed an efficient solution to convert daily animal waste into high-quality organic compost. After understanding the customer’s production goals and raw material types, we customized a complete composting line that fully meets their needs.


The customer produces large amounts of cow dung every day. To reduce waste pollution and improve resource recycling, they required a production system capable of:
1. Handling multiple types of animal manure
2. Achieving stable aerobic fermentation
3. Producing uniform, commercial-grade organic compost
4. Ensuring continuous and efficient production
Our team provided a complete equipment solution, covering fermentation, crushing, batching, mixing, screening, and packaging.


This production line is suitable for various organic materials, including cow dung, chicken manure, goat manure, pig manure, horse manure, as well as crop residues and other agricultural waste. These materials are rich in organic matter and nutrients, making them ideal for compost production after proper aerobic fermentation.


1. Compost Turner – Fermentation Processing
This machine is used to promote aerobic fermentation of animal manure. By continuously turning the compost pile, oxygen is fully mixed into the material, accelerating decomposition, reducing moisture, eliminating odors, and ensuring uniform fermentation.
2. Loader Feeding Hopper
Used for the storage and continuous feeding of raw materials. The hopper receives materials from a front loader, and the conveyor ensures stable, even feeding to the crushing and batching section.
3. Vertical Crusher
Ensures that fermented materials are finely crushed without clumps. A high speed rotor impacts and shears the material to produce fine, uniform compost powder.
4. Automatic Batching Machine
Used to add auxiliary materials accurately according to formula. Multiple bins weigh materials via sensors and controlled feeders, ensuring precise proportioning for consistent product quality.
5. Horizontal Mixer
Ensures complete and uniform mixing of compost powder with additives. Twin paddles rotate in opposite directions, achieving fast, homogeneous blending with minimal residue.
6. Rotary Drum Screener
Used to separate fine compost from oversized particles. Materials pass through a rotating cylindrical screen; qualified fine powder falls through the mesh, while oversized particles are returned for further processing.
7. Automatic Packaging Machine
Used for accurate weighing and bagging of finished compost (25–50 kg bags). Electronic sensors ensure accurate weighing, followed by automatic filling and sealing for efficient final packaging.


After installation, the customer can now:
1. Efficiently process daily livestock waste
2. Produce stable, high-quality organic compost suitable for farm use or commercial sale
3. Reduce environmental pollution and improve waste utilization
4. Achieve continuous production with fewer labor requirements
