The extrusion granulation production line is widely used in the production of compound fertilizer granules, mainly used to produce spherical granules with a diameter of 1mm-5mm.
The equipment has low investment, quick effect, low energy consumption, compact layout, scientific and reasonable, no waste removal, and stable operation. Wide adaptability of raw materials, can be used for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizer, medicine, chemical industry, feed, etc., high granulation rate, can produce various concentrations, various types (including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer etc.) compound fertilizer.
This is a compound fertilizer granulation project from Ukraine. The raw material is urea granules and other npk compound powder. After the urea granules are crushed by a stainless steel crusher, urea powder and other npk compound raw materials enter the mixer together. After mixing evenly, the raw materials are transported by a belt conveyor to the feeding port of the roller granulator. The screened granules can be directly packaged, the small amount of powder screened out by the screening machine will be sent back through the return belt conveyor and granulated again.
