In May 2024, our technical team completed the installation and commissioning of a 2 tons per hour powdered cattle manure composting production line for a customer in India. Where our engineers provided full installation support and ensured the entire system reached stable operating conditions after test production.
The customer planned to process large amounts of cattle manure and required a simple, efficient, and stable production solution. After understanding the site conditions and capacity goals, we designed a complete powder-type composting line that includes fermentation, feeding, crushing, screening, and packaging. The layout was customized to match the customer’s workshop space and workflow.
Upon arrival, our engineers guided the customer’s team through equipment positioning, structural installation, electrical connection, and system integration. During commissioning, the engineers focused on optimizing moisture levels, crusher performance, and screening efficiency to ensure smooth and continuous operation. After several rounds of adjustments, the line operated with good stability and consistent output.
The final compost powder produced by the line is fine, uniform, and suitable for agricultural use or further fertilizer processing. The screening system effectively removes large impurities, and the packaging unit improves handling and loading efficiency. The customer was pleased with both the product quality and the overall production flow.
This project helps the customer convert cattle manure into valuable compost, reducing waste and supporting sustainable agricultural development in the region. With the successful operation of this 2TPH line, the customer now has a reliable long-term solution for organic waste recycling.
