In 2025, our engineering team from Tianci Heavy Industry successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 2 tons per hour cow manure organic fertilizer production line in Malaysia.
This project marks another successful overseas cooperation between our company and our Southeast Asian clients, showcasing our strong capability in on-site installation and technical support.
The customer’s main raw material was cow manure, combined with a small portion of crop residues and organic additives.
To achieve stable production and high-quality granules, our engineers designed a complete solution including:
1. Fermentation System – for aerobic composting and moisture adjustment
2. Crushing and Mixing System – for material homogenization
3. Granulation System – using our double roller extrusion granulator, with a capacity of 2TPH
4. Screening and Packaging System – ensuring uniform granule size and precise bagging
All machines were pre-tested in our factory before shipment to ensure smooth installation and operation.
Upon arrival in Malaysia, our professional engineers provided on-site installation guidance, equipment debugging, and operator training.
The entire installation process took less than 15 days. After commissioning, the production line operated smoothly, producing uniform organic fertilizer granules that met the client’s expectations.
The production line now operates continuously and efficiently, converting over 2,000 tons of cow manure per month into organic fertilizer products ready for sale.
This successful project has set a solid foundation for further cooperation between Tianci Heavy Industry and agricultural enterprises in Malaysia.
