Recently, our company successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a medium-sized BB fertilizer production line in Thailand. The complete set of equipment operates stably and features a well-organized layout, perfectly meeting the production needs of local small and medium-sized fertilizer processing plants, and providing reliable equipment support for the large-scale, standardized production of agricultural fertilizers in Thailand.
This production line is a custom-designed medium-sized system for the client, with a standard production capacity of 10 metric tons per hour. It balances high output with stable performance and is suitable for producing various specialized blended fertilizers for rice, fruits, vegetables, and cash crops. The equipment features a fully ground-mounted design, eliminating the need for elevated steel structures. This makes installation convenient, minimizes the footprint, and simplifies future equipment inspections and routine maintenance, aligning closely with local factory construction conditions and production environments in Thailand.
The production line’s core configuration—a four-bin static batching machine—represents the key advantage of the entire system. Compared to traditional manual batching and dynamic batching equipment, the four-bin static batching system offers higher mixing accuracy and more stable operation. It precisely controls the mixing ratios of various granular fertilizers, effectively preventing nutrient imbalances in the final product. Additionally, the system features an intelligent control system that can store multiple production formulas in advance, allowing for one-click switching between production modes. This significantly boosts production efficiency, completely eliminates the reliance on large numbers of workers typical of traditional production methods, and effectively reduces labor costs and batching errors.
The complete production line is paired with a full set of supporting equipment—including a hoist hopper, a dedicated mixing tank, and an automatic packaging machine—to form a closed-loop automated production process. After raw materials are precisely blended via static batching, they are smoothly conveyed by the hoist hopper to the mixing tank, where they are thoroughly mixed to ensure uniform fertilizer granules and balanced nutrients. The finished fertilizer can then be directly filled to a specified quantity and bagged by the automatic packaging machine. The fully automated operation ensures a seamless and efficient workflow, significantly boosting production efficiency.
The equipment has been optimized for Thailand’s hot and humid tropical climate, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and anti-caking properties, enabling long-term, stable operation both outdoors and under cover.
