In November 2025, our team completed the installation of a small 1 ton per hour organic fertilizer production line in Indonesia. This project was designed for a local customer who needed a compact, efficient setup for producing high quality organic granules.
The main machines in this line include a double roller extrusion granulator, a round shaping machine, and several belt conveyors to connect each step smoothly. The layout is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for small to medium production needs.
During installation, our engineers worked closely with the customer to adjust the machine positions, test each section of the line, and ensure stable operation. The customer was especially satisfied with the uniform granule shape and the low energy consumption of the granulator.
