Introduction

Fertilizer lumps and shakers are also called lumps and shakers, or bag-breaking machines. They are specially designed to solve the problem of fertilizer lumps caused by moisture, pressure, etc. during storage and transportation. They mainly break up the lumps of bagged fertilizers through vibration, while keeping the packaging bags intact, thus achieving the purpose of loosening the materials in the packaging bags without damaging them.

1. Break up clumps of fertilizer

Fertilizers (especially compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers, etc.) are prone to form lumps due to humidity, temperature changes or stacking pressure during storage or transportation. The vibration bag machine uses high-frequency vibration or impact to break the lumped fertilizers in the packaging bag under external force and restore them to a loose state without damaging the packaging bag .

Handling of finished packaging

The equipment usually processes packaged fertilizer bags (such as woven bags and plastic bags) and can break up lumps without unpacking, reducing manual operations and avoiding waste or pollution caused by fertilizer scattering.

2. Improve fertilizer use efficiency

Loose fertilizers are easier to spread evenly and can prevent clumping from clogging fertilization machinery (such as seed drills and fertilizer spreaders), ensuring fertilization effectiveness while facilitating subsequent processing (such as mixing and packaging).
